Workout

A good workout at Arrillaga was the highlight of the day. I finally got back to 10 reps of 150 pounds and it was exhilarating. I then followed it with 6 reps of 155 soon after. The rest of the workout was great too, with the normal cable cross overs, abs, and some leg weights. Even on the bad days, going to the gym makes me feel better so you can’t hate on me for spending so much time in Arrillaga. Tomorrow I will work the back again and do some cardio.

I have some good leads as far as jobs go, hopefully something will materialize…

Right now I really need to get some work done, especially this LRW.
