Workout

A good workout at Arrillaga was the highlight of the day. I finally got back to 10 reps of 150 pounds and it was exhilarating. I then followed it with 6 reps of 155 soon after. The rest of the workout was great too, with the normal cable cross overs, abs, and some leg weights….

Yesterday featured periods of reading, the gym, and an undergrad party. The gym workout was good, hitting the back muscles first and then the treadmill for 5.25 miles in 36 minutes.
