Workout and post-workout meal

So I went to the gym today (Arrillaga, my second home) and lifted first and then ran on the treadmill. Today was a benchpress day and the goal was to build up to 10 reps of 150 pounds. I weigh about 130 pounds, so I think that is pretty good for my size. Way back…
