Tuesday

Tuesday’s are busy by default. I woke up this morning and hit the cardio early and felt pretty good on the treadmill spitting out 6 miles in just under 41 minutes. I took a day off the weighlifting today. It is important to take at least one day off every week to allow the muscles to recooperate and also to prevent mental fatigue. Let me put it this way: I am already pumped to hit the weights tomorrow.

After reading Con Law and going to class, I had some time over the three hour lunch break to do some more reading, reviewing, and just sitting listening to music. I am def playing lots of country music right now. Country is an acquired taste – trust me, I used to never listen to country music. Some of my picks right now: “Living in Fast Forward” by Kenny Chesney, “Your Man” by Josh Turner, “Must be Doin’ Something Right” by Billy Currington, and “Something Like a Broken Heart” by Hanna-Mceuen.

Well, the music listening had to come to an end with Antitrust class from 3:45 to 5:25, which was followed by Law, Technology and Privacy from 6:30 to 8:10. Both these electives are super interesting and I enjoy going to class. They are both small (around 15-20 students) so there is much more discussion and involvement. For instance, we read a case for Antitrust about Toys ‘R’ Us bullying around manufacturers into not selling toys to wholesalers like Costco. Toys ‘R’ Us and their overpriced toys definitely screwed me over. If it wasn’t for them orchestrating a group boycott of wholesalers by toy manufacturers, I am sure my parents would have bought me many more toys. I mean, who can resist buying things at Costco! Instead, toys were always too expensive (artificially).

I am looking forward to the Microsoft interview tomorrow and the party bus to downtown San Francisco on Friday night. I have never done the SF nightlife scene, so I am excited!
