Pretty normal Sunday for me. Woke up and sat around for awhile, did some reading, and then went to the gym.
Today was bench day. Just like last time, I built up to 10 reps of 150 pounds and then did 7 reps of 155. I think by the time I get to 155 I am just tired, but the more times I try, the more it will get easier. It was a good workout today. After the weightlifting, I hit the treadmill for a nice 6.25 miles in 42 minutes.
That’s about it. I am just sitting around right now delaying the reading…
(Later, I went out with some friends to Chipotle for some tasty burritos. It was fun and delayed the reading even more, but this week is kinda light anyways so I am not worried.)
