Today I flew down to California to begin my second year of law school at Stanford. It was a good flight and it was nice to see my sister. I am now at her house in Fremont across the bay from Stanford. We drank some tea and snacks in her beautiful backyard and enjoyed the California sunshine! We are now going to have a tasty dinner featuring a Mayan salad 🙂
Tomorrow is a big day. First, we rent a car and transport all my stuff to my apartment. I will be in a studio again, so I will be in a room that looks essentially the same and I will either be in the same building or the building just across the road. We will then go on a tour to buy lots of food and stuff at Costco, Trader Joes, Target, etc. It’s been awhile since I have been to Arrillaga so it will be nice to visit one of my favorite spots. I will be happy when I am all situated and ready to go!
