Today was another good day at work. I had fun with phone interviews and declarations and then we had a moot court for a hearing that is going to happen tomorrow. I need to be at work at 7:30 am to attend, but it should be interesting. After work, I went to the gym for some chest exercises. I felt quite tired at the beginning and didn’t push the heavy weights at all today, but I felt better by the end of the workout. Climbing really wears the body out so it’s tough to come through with a heavy lifting day or improve in the gym. I will definitely re-focus in the fall when I have more time to devote to the gym. Tomorrow I plan on returning to the gym for some back weights.
