In other news, the motion to dismiss the case by the defendants in the case I am working on was denied – a victory for the FTC! It was cool to listen in on an actual hearing. Otherwise, I spent the day writing many declarations for another case. I am not sure if I am heading to work tomorrow; I don’t really need to so I may just relax at home for the day – sleep-in, hit the gym, etc.
