Today was another good day at the FTC. Only a few days left and lots of going out to lunch next week! I followed it up with a solid workout at Klahanie gym. I worked back muscles today, doing an assortment of exercises. Tomorrow I don’t plan on going to the gym, but we’ll see……

I climbed Adams Glacier on Mount Adams with Bjorn today! Mount Adams is the second highest moutain in the state rising over 12,200 ft above sea level.
