Today was another good day at the FTC. Only a few days left and lots of going out to lunch next week! I followed it up with a solid workout at Klahanie gym. I worked back muscles today, doing an assortment of exercises. Tomorrow I don’t plan on going to the gym, but we’ll see……

The weather improved today with an idyllic 75 degree high temperature, sunny skies, but a nice breeze to keep the temps in check. The good weather is forecasted to continue this weekend with 80 degrees tomorrow and 78 Sunday before another cool-down into the upper 60’s next week and maybe some rain mid-week. I’m going…

The natural air conditioner (aka Pacific Ocean) kicked into gear today moderating our temperatures from 90 degrees yesterday to a comfortable 80 degrees today.
