Tomorrow I head out to Big Basin State Park to run amongst old growth Redwoods and see the famous Berry Falls. I’ll be running the 25k at this event put on Pacific Coast Trail Runs (PCTR). It’s a challenging course with rough trails and lots of elevation gain (3,090 ft). It’s warm and sunny here today and the forecast calls for more of the same tomorrow so I’m happy I’ll be in the shade!
