A Busy One

Wednesday is usually packed and today was no different with class and preparing for class from 10 am till 7:30 pm. I am definitely a little sick, but I am feeling ok. Therefore, I was able to hit up Arrillaga gym for a little shoulder weights and cable cross-overs (my favorite, if you didn’t know). The workout was decent although I could definitely sense a little weakness. Running seems to tax the immune system the most, so I’ll hold off on it until I feel nearly 100%. Hopefully, the little tiff with sickness will pass quickly and I can resume the hardcore exercise regime. In the meantime, I guess I will have to settle for the diet exercise plan.

Tomorrow promises to be another packed day with class from 8 am till 12:!5 and then an interview scheduled with an Earthjustice attorney for the mountaintop removal coal mining research project. This attorney focuses on the policy and legislative end of the issue so it will be interesting to hear her perspective. Finally, the day wraps up with Trademark class in the afternoon until 3:45 pm.

Man, this is one boring follow-up to Alexandra Rosenfeld…
