Today was an unusually busy Friday. Property in the morning was normal, but then I hustled over to Arrillaga to hit the weights and cardio. Today I mainly worked the shoulders with dumbells. After, I ran the normal 5.2 miles in 36 minutes on the treadmill.
After outlining con law, we then went to a 2 hour make-up con law session from 3-5 pm. For being so late in the afternoon on a Friday, it was not too bad. First, there was really good pizza and drinks. Second, it was basically a meet your supreme court justices session. It was actually interesting to hear all the “insider” tidbits my professor knew about the justices. I also mistook Justice Breyer for Justice Souter. They do basically look the same from afar except now I know Breyer is way taller!
I was in big need of some food in my pantry and fortunately, I got a ride to Trader Joes after the Con Law session. I am now fully loaded with all my favorite TJ’s foods! Lots of burger patties for the George Foreman, organic jams, and hummus/pita to name a few of the goodies. On the way over to TJ’s, there was a hail storm. The weather around here has been wild the past few days. It’s way colder now than it was all February!
I stuck a picture I took of myself on facebook (and now here). I am sure I will catch tons of flack for it and have to remove it soon.
I want to go to a party tonight, but not too many takers so far.
