Today I went out to Huddart Park for a delightful run! The weather was partly sunny and crisp – I even whipped out my running gloves! I did the usual route up to Skyline Blvd and then diverged off on the Bay Area Ridge Trail (aka Skyline Ridge trail, which connects Wunderlich and Huddart Parks) for about 23 minutes out-and-back roundtrip before continuing the normal loop back to the parking area. Total running time was around 85 minutes with 13 miles covered. I felt pretty good throughout. I especially enjoyed the section on the Skyline Ridge Trail, which I have never run before. Next time I would like to continue running a little longer so I can meet up with the part that I have run on a prior occasion coming from Wunderlich Park.
