Action Shots!

Top story: My sister is at the birthing center and we are expecting her to give birth either late tonight or tomorrow morning. She is ten days overdue so it’s about time! We pray for a smooth and uncomplicated birth.

Otherwise, I went to the gym this afternoon and worked mainly shoulders. Most of the time was spent on a bench with bumbbells. I also did cable cross-overs and a few other machines. A good workout. I came home and worked in the garden and then had some great steaks.

Check out some action shots:

Me climbing the cheval on the Northwest Ridge of Dorado Needle. Used in climbing, a cheval is usually a narrow ridge crest where the climber can either crawl across or use friction as I am doing in the photograph.

Me downclimbing the Northwest Ridge of Dorado Needle.

Me on the summit of Eldorado with a smooth looking 80’s shirt that was my father’s.

A close-up of that great shirt with Baker & Shuksan beyond.
