Long day today – it’s Tuesday. I didn’t sleep too well last night either, so I have a headache right now. Anyway, the usual con law in the morning and then antirust and law, tech, and privacy from 3:45 till 8 pm. I also went to Arrillaga for 42 minutes of hard core EFX cardio – I felt good today on that sweat machine. After classes, I went to a little party at Professor Marshall’s house with some awesome mediterranean food (falafel) and now I am here writing and sipping on some tasty Honeybush tea.

As predicted, many law students are trippin’ over my self-portrait. I got a crew of imposters trying to recreate the magic of my shot, hahahahah – all it took me was one shot! I was planning on putting back my mountain climbing picture, but as long as people are eating it up, I’ll keep it up.

Tomorrow is less busy with classes confined to the morning. It looks like Friday could be hectic right now with a carry-over make-up of civil procedure and the supreme court justice Kennedy and former justice O’Connor coming to speak. I also got a Warriors basketball game Thursday evening. In the midst of these events, I need to start hitting my appellate brief.
