I’ve driven past the Muir Beach Overlook many times and finally decided to pull off and check it out. It has a spectacular view of the Marin Headlands coastline all the way to San Francisco including Muir Beach, Pirates Cove, Rodeo Beach, and the SF Peninsula. There is a nice walkway with railings that goes out to prominence where you look over the expansive Pacific Ocean. It’s a nice spot to watch the sunset. I snapped a few photos in the evening light… here is a panorama + a dozen!
