Another 80+ degree day today. It was perhaps a touch on the hot side for my run, mainly because I haven’t run in the heat for so long. I did Oak Creek for the usual 48 minutes but I was feeling it a bit from 30 minutes onward. A combination of being a little tired and being a bit hot. I got to get used to running in the warmer conditions because the summer will only be hotter around here!
I did the negotiation for the VC assignment with my group and hopefully I can put away that assignment before Spring break. Speaking of spring break, it’s coming up in a hurry – only one week left until I return to the glorious state of Washington to relax and perhaps engage in some outdoor activities 🙂
